  2. for Telix version 3.xx.  (2.00) Fixes
  3. problems with very fast or very slow systems,
  4. speech synthesis for the blind, problems with
  5. 38,400 modems, and the writing of incorrect
  6. comm ports to the Telix.CNF file.    Much
  7. more stable. Fixed last vestiges of timing
  8. problems with '486 systems. <Major> update!
  9. -- re- wrote comm routines, and cut memory
  10. usage by 2/3's.  (2.01) Fixed scrolling bug.
  11. Allows for longer dialing prefixes.  (2.02)
  12. Corrects obscure runtime error if TELIX.MDM
  13. is not in the path of a set environment
  14. variable.   Only new users of Telix would
  15. need to obtain this file.   This file is
  16. already contained in the TLX315-2.ZIP files
  17. on the Exis BBS, but may not be in the .ZIP
  18. files on other systems.  Ask your sysop to
  19. obtain current files from 416-439-9399.
